FORUM Registration Locked Down

So, we had like 2500+ spammers leave like 16k messages in the forums since the last Fest.

Accordingly, I've locked down new account registration.

If you or your friend needs an account, please email/call me, or get with a friend who already has an account and have them notify me. I figure if you are really not a spammer, you'll already know someone with an account, and to keep my own inbox clear of spam, I won't be listing my email address here.
